I was using a different electrolyte powder, but I just had way too much sodium in it for me. I think I'm a little more sensitive to sodium than most people. so I switched to these which have way less sodium and I don't find I have any problems. all flavors that I have tried are great. would definitely recommend. wish they were a little bit cheaper though.

Listen to me when I tell you this: This is THE BEST drink mix packet on the market. The flavors are great. There is no "thick" feeling in your mouth or artificial aftertaste, like so many other electrolyte mixes I've tried. These are so good. As a pregnant woman, I need extra hydration without a bunch of added sugar. This makes plain water taste better if you struggle with that also. Definitely give them a try.

I've been drinking these in place of my afternoon coffee and it helps my afternoon fatigue more effectively plus there's no crash at dinner time! The fact that they're sweetened with stevia and have much lower sodium than other hydration powders also allows me to share with my 4 year old when he asks.

These are delicious. I tried the Cherry pomegranate and the Grape in 2 bottles of water and so far so good. They taste exactly like the flavor it says and are zero calories. Will buy again!

I enjoyed the ability to try the assortment of different flavors so that I could figure out one I like best to buy individually. It turns out I love them all.

Love that this is Sugar free, tastes great and has less than half the ridiculous amounts of sodium that most have (I'm sodium sensitive) so works for me!

My first time trying after being recommended by one of my favorite YouTubers Sarah Vargas. So refreshing and the flavor is not too intense or too sweet. Going to buy some many of these! Thank you Sarah for turning me onto these!

It wasn't stated in the ad for this electrolyte drink, how many ounces of water one stick was a serving for. I had to buy a box to find out. One stick for 16oz of water, or preferred liquid. The flavors are pleasantly, flavorfully, strong. I don't like Lemonade, it is a pucker power flavor. Hope this helps you decide. Thank you. Carol Krawiec

I like that the taste and sweetness is not overpowering. It helps me consume more water. I can't speak yet if it has helped my energy levels but the price is right to keep buying these for awhile

This product costs 2x's as much as Propel, but i was not impressed by its flavor. Though I only tried the cherry pomegranate, normally a flavor I really like, I was not impressed. If the other flavors are good I'll come back and correct my review. A miss for me and WAAAAY too expensive.
