My daily intake goal is at least 85 oz of water and I found just adding one of these a day was enough to give me something fresh and with some flavor without all the added sugars. Love these!

Its also helped me with my cravings! This stick pack package is so convenient to have for whenever I take some to work or when traveling. I have a wide variety now of all the flavors since I'm soooooo hooked since I like to switch up flavors. And I'm a type 1 diabetic so the fact that it has no sugar in it is a plus plus!!! This has been the best thing for my gut health that I have ever found! I have severe gut issues. I've tried tons of products. And decided to give this a try thinking it was another thing that wouldn't work great for me. I'm so glad this proved me wrong. I do not drink enough water. So this is such a plus for me. The taste is great. I wish more packs came in the package. This is my must daily routine. I can't be without it. Finally, something that works!
