So far, so good.
I already use the Ultimate Yogurt maker, so I trust the brand a lot. Craig Brockie is very passionate about health and his products and attitude reflect it. I'm primarily taking this for cholesterol support, though from my understanding it also helps with metabolism, so maybe helps maintain a healthy weight. The pills are pretty much odorless and look well made. None were stuck together or open. I haven't had any issues taking them, no upset stomach or anything, but I do take them with a meal. Overall, recommended.

healthy gut
so far this supplement seems like its doing its job. i got it to try to maintain a healthy gut. berberine is a great supplement to get yourself back on track!!

good formula for metabolism
Ive been taking berberine for 2 years. I have lost 110 pounds. This formula is a plus because it has added ingredients to help with cholisterol . I am very please with this formula.
