Ultimate Ears BOOM 2 Phantom Wireless Mobile Bluetooth Speaker

The speaker recieved is a different color from what was pictured. It appears to be new but has a few scuffs. Perhaps a result of not being shipped in the original box. In addition, the original neon yellow charging cord has been substituded with a black cord. Thank you for the adapter but the neon cord seems to be little more durable. The speaker is awsome and the sound quality is perfect. Meets expectation.

This is a great little speaker at a great price. Easy to use and connected to my computer with no problem. Can bring it into any room. Incredible sound for such a small thing!

Sounds great, as other reviewers said it did. The product is fine. However, there was no owner's manual and it was NOT a "new item" as advertised, but a refurbished one. The charging cable arrive with a broken end. I' I've contacted Walmart and the vendor repeatedly but have had no meaningful response after a week (although the July 4th holiday may have delayed response time, to be fair). The charger itself is fine but I would like the broken cable replaced.

I like the speaker a lot but there is a lot of issues. The box it comes in is a random cardboard box, no instructions or anything. It claimed to be brand new but this doesn't look brand new at all. The speaker as well dies after an hour on a full charge. Either I got a defective speaker or this was refurbished and wasn't working, either way the item was claimed as new and I know for a fact this isn't.

I got this as a birthday present, ordered on 6/22 with anticipation of delivery 6/29, well it just arrived on 7/6.

Refurbished not new , cable no good , charge only last half the time

This item is not NEW as listed. It doesn't come with original chargers nor does it come in a box. It is also not the color show above .

This came unboxed, not the original charger, and not like the picture with bright yellow buttons (the one I received they are white). Is this even new?!! Or refurbished??? Buyer beware! I agree with everything previous buyer wrote. Very disappointing. I was hoping to add to my UE collection, but not with this one.

I am appalled at the product that I received. I was expecting to get a new UE Boom Speaker. For starters, it's not even the right color. I thought I was getting black and yellow, but it is black and white. The product itself is bizarre. I can't even believe it was sent to me. It is CLEARLY used and has scratches (including one deep scratch), dents, fingerprints, dust, and complete wear and tear. I really want this speaker, but I want a NEW one. The one I received should not even be passed on to another person.

Product already was names when connecting via bluetooth, it didnt came with the the original box nor. charger. It also already stopped charging after a couple of days and weve only used it twice by far.
