I've owned the product for quite awbile now. Fdplacing stolen ones. Best performance and bang for the money. Ability to link as many as you want a definite plus.
Speaker works great, and after finding the manual on the internet, easy to use. Shipper did not include the power adapter or any paperwork. Speaker is just what we need and would definitely buy again
At least when I looked at this, the end of the product name was cut off but apparently it's remanufactured or something. In the description it does say it doesn't come in the original packaging. Ours looked brand new besides it not being in the packaging. It has a nice case and the sound is killer. My teenage was impressed. Nervous if it has a manufacturer warranty.....
This speaker has terrific sound and is super reasonably priced. It's bigger and heavier than I'd like for a portable speaker. I'd thought I was buying a replacement for my UE Boom, which is half the size and almost the same sound volume
This is clearly a used speaker that came in an envelope with no box. It wasn't in terrible condition, but I didn't anticipate it being used, nor does the product description say “refurbished”. I didn't even get the color I purchased. Also, soon after purchasing this, my credit card info got hacked and my card was charged an unauthorized purchase of $359 at Walmart.com a few days later.
I would caution anyone buying a speaker from this manufacturer to understand that they have an unacceptable warranty, which is only 30 days from purchase date. This is likely among the worst of any company in the industry. I had a charging problem with my unit after only four months, and had I not purchased the Walmart extended warranty, I would have been out of luck. That is not meant to praise the Square Trade warranty, as it took over an hour of frustration to file a claim, and that only gave me 75% of my original cost back. In essence, there are too many good companies producing speakers with reasonable warranties which would be a better alternative to this manufacturer, which apparently has little faith in its products.
Ordered this boom NEW. I received it 7 days late with no way to track it the entire time and its used/refurbished. There are marks all over it, showing use, and 1/4-1/3 of the speaker doesn't even work. Better yet, the part of the speaker that does work sounds awful, like an old static radio. Not impressed.
I ordered from Walmart or so I thought. It came from an individual and the wrapping was ridiculous. It didnt come in a box, which makes me think that it is used. It came in a very thin envelope. It's for Christmas so it better work. Sam Walton is rolling in his grave.
The speakers is not sound good at all. I don't know much but I told my brother about and told me that it something was broken from inside cause something was loosen.
These products shipped late, and when I finally received them, they were refurbished units. One of the speakers did not fully charge. There was no mention of this being a refurbished item originally. Very disappointing.
