I always love Renew life probiotics - I usually get the higher count probiotics (50 million) but this one worked just as well! I take it either first thing in the morning or at night time just before bed and it worked great.

My stomach felt the same, my mind felt the same, my body felt the same. I was hoping my bowel movements would have regulated a little as I have some IBS issues but no dice. This product does boast immunity, I didn't get sick for the month but I haven't been sick for a long time. So in sum I don't know if it did anything or not.
