Ultimate Grounding Mat with Conductive Carbon Surface, Non-Slip Backing, 18 ft Grounding Cord

This item is nice. The mat is big and it is simple to use. The company packed it with care , gives you all the information you need about the product and stands behind the product 100%. Today was my first day using it. You just plug it in to the ground part of the plug and snap the other part of the cord onto the mat and it's ready. I did not feel anything when I had my feet on it but I trust that it is working. I am looking forward to the results !!!

I was introduced to the grounding mat through a friend. I used it twice and fell in love with it. After using the mat I was more energized, I was able to sleep better, less pain and more. This mat is great, only downside is that it doesn't have a conductor to it. I took a picture of the conductor on the mat to show its properly conducting...... So, if you get this mat, get a conductor for it too.

I used while sitting in the couch and having my bare feet on mat. My dog stand on or lays on as well. Easy storage easy assemble easy to wipe and clean. Long cord. My energy is thru the roof and my back feels so much better. Good quality and stitching.

I have been researching grounding mats for some time and I have to say I'm hooked. I have noticed that my deep sleep has improved and I don't wake in the morning tired. I have also noticed that my waking hour is gentle. I'm still paying close attention to inflammation - I know that I have it in my lower body. But, immediate changes that I noticed were in my sleeping habits - which is great. We need to be able to rest well in order to heal. For me, this is a keeper. I use it as much as I can, at least 30 mins. a day.

I don't have any way to truly test this mat out but I can tell you that just as I was unpacking it my housemate decided to push my trigger AGAIN. It wasn't pretty. Anyway, typically it all escalates and the energy gets heavy with narc anger. I immediately plugged this mat in and stood on it a bit and then laid it on my bed to sit on it. Oddly I am actually shocked by how calm I am. I didn't get stuck on inner dialogue of all the stuff I want to say but can't nor am I drowning in the negative energy and frequency typical of this kind of Interaction. I was but it dissipated without me even noticing. Wow. Was it the mat? Maybe. It is the only new addition to this very regular scenario. Also it comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY as well so you can't really lose can you?

I have only used this item once and since you really cannot feel it working…it's hard to say just yet. However I do want to acknowledge that I had the best, restorative and deep sleep that I've had in a long time (the kind that you drool in your sleep)!

I have only used this once before this review. It felt more relaxed after using it. I slept with it under my back. Though I did sweat some during the night, it didn't seem to affect this device. Grounding is definitely good for your health and something that everyone can benefit from.

It is hard to really say what I think of this item as I felt nothing when standing on it (the instructions state that most dont, that doesn't mean it's not working). I love the idea of this mat making me more "grounded",I will keep using it and i hope to see some results. Its quite simple, just plug it in and that's all there is to it. The instructions do state to "test" the outlet used to be sure the outlet itself is grounded, so I will need to purchase a tool to do so. It was well packaged and even arrived with a little storage bag. Cannot wait to see results 😀

I just received the new Grounding Mat I ordered from Walmart and am very excited to try it. It came neatly packaged in a a nice travel carrying case with a registration form to confirm ownership of product. I'm new to this kind of product but as a Cancer patient with a significantly high inflammation load from both disease and treatments I need all the help I can get to alleviate some of ghe stress it's placed on my body. I'm hoping this mat can make a difference over time as I know it can take weeks to months to see a notable difference or change.
