even months later this bean bag is still too full and impossible to sit on. its just a giant ball. it does not flatten out to be able to sit on it comfortably.

purchased the 5 foot bean bag chair (model 5000) for my daughters Christmas gift, and was sent the 4 foot chair... which would have cost me substantially less. But theres zero labeling while you're unpacking it, so we had no idea it was the wrong one until it was fluffed up and we realized it was an entire foot smaller than what it should have been. Now I have no idea how to go about returning this being the size that it is. Very disappointed, and WILL be getting this figured out.
