This is the best product ever!! I cannot say enough about it. I should be having a knee replacement but I have no pain unless I walk 7 miles or more and even then it is not severe. One pill a day, that's it. Husband takes his at night; he thinks it helps him sleep. I take mine every morning and it works all day. I have recommended this to so many people and idk anybody who hasn't found it to be a lifesaver! It consists of ordinary arthritis supplements - nothing weird or unsafe. Idk why but it just works!
