When the box arrived, there was a hoe in the towards the bottom of the box. Which sliced the 5 gallon bucket. There was soap all over the place. I paid $85 and got maybe an inch of soap at the bottom of the 5 gallon bucket . How do I go about getting my money back?? For some reason it will not let me put my pictures of the box in the bucket on here?? And the top of the box was open. So I think they pulled the bucket out and knew that it was leaking.
