Good fit
My son says it's a good fit, with his braces, even under his helmet for BMX.

Pretty good for what I needed
I have an issue with my bottom lip pushing my top teeth when I sleep. This guard works better than anything else I've tried in preventing that.

This was way to large and I could barely close my mouth. So not a good fit unless you are a big man with a big mouth

He really wanted to love this.
This was for my husband. Not our first mouth guard. He has used others in the past. He just wanted to try this to see if it was better than the ones he used. Followed directions to the T and it altered the fit to where it did not work for him.
