Does the job
Holds brooms and such just like the photo. I like the swinging hooks that can accommodate different size items, and the fact that gravity tightens their grip.

Great way to free up space
This is a great item. It was easy to install. Mine did not have any instructions but it was easy to figure out from the box and common sense. Holds the tools no problem.

Need to drill extra holes to hit 16" stud spacing
Assume most people would use this to mount in garage to hold tools (shovels, rakes, hoes, etc.). I already had one and needed a 2nd one for addl. tools. Just be aware the pre-drilled holes are NOT 16" on center like the stud walls in my garage. I needed to drill a couple of new holes to hit studs - no big deal - just FYI.

Helps reduce clutter
This is a good idea for holding long-handled tools. It was easy to install and keeps things off the floor and out of the way. I wish the pincer grips (holders for the tools) was a little stronger/tighter gripping.

Purchased two of them for my stepfather for Christmas, not sure if its good yet. But I will say the packaging was horrible. Both of them were torn open at the bottom

Ultra-Hold Rail & Clamps, a good idea gone wrong.
Great for hanging rakes, shovels or other light tools. My complaint is that the plastic slider can crack easily. I had 2 of these with 8 clamps each, but I am now down to about 10 clamps total. I can't find any replacement clamps. A reinforced slider would be a big improvement for this item.
