very bad experience
This is very bad experience with Walmart and Ultra Mobile. I bought 2 refill cards (e-pin email delivery), each $40, but Ultra Mobile did not accept the e-PIN delivered by email. Is it possible for WALMART to provide a service like other mobile provider (e.g., simple mobile), to charge directly to the Ultra-Mobile phone number. Even though, Walmart is nor refunding on the same day. I have been told by customer service to wait 10 days for refund,

This ultra prepaid card is the wrong one. I need to get a refund for this $40 card because it is not the right prepaid card for my phone.

Terrible customer service, no accountability
Wal Mart and Ultra Mobile took my hard earned money from me. The e-pin that Wal Mart sends does not work and will tell you to call Ultra Mobile. Ultra Mobile will tell you to call Wal Mart. Wal-Mart will not issue a refund nor be accountable for their e-pin issues. All I wanted was to get my daughter phone account refilled and ended up getting scammed. I do not recommend Ultra Mobile nor any Wal Mart phone services.

BAD SERVICE
I tried to Set up a Hot Spot and was unable to get it to work. My son in law even tried. I used the Prepaid Wireless card to set up the Hot Spot and now I am not allowed to return it so I got stuck with a $50 Hot spot and $40 prepaid card that I can't use.

Wrong card
I was trying to purchase a family talk card and I even typed in family talk and I didn't look because I typed in family talk and I hit purchase and it purchased that Ultron accident or whatever it and they're on returnable and I have no idea how to get my money back because I've never even heard of it nobody I know uses it so I'm $40 in a hole with nothing to do was sucky that Walmart did that if you talk it type in family talk you should not get an Ultra card it shouldn't even pull up

I bought this thinking it was a Metro Card (NOT the NYC Subway lkind). These are non-refundable. I'm a Walmart member but not for long.
