I take it when I feel like I'm getting sick
Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant and natural anti-inflammatory that supports cell health and helps modulate the immune response. Zinc is a key nutrient for immunity, wound healing, and skin health. The interaction between quercetin and zinc creates a powerful protective complex. This supplement is especially effective at the first signs of illness. I take it when I feel like I'm coming down with something, and it works! It's great support when your body needs extra protection.

Excellent stuff, great price.
Excellent stuff, great price. I had been taking a quercetin supplement from a different company - a lower dose and very expensive - along with a separate zinc supplement. It's great to get both in a single capsule, though zinc oxide has the lowest bioavailability of the dietary zinc supplements - so I still take an additional zinc supplement.
