I take it when I feel like I'm getting sick

Excellent stuff, great price.
Excellent stuff, great price. I had been taking a quercetin supplement from a different company - a lower dose and very expensive - along with a separate zinc supplement. It's great to get both in a single capsule, though zinc oxide has the lowest bioavailability of the dietary zinc supplements - so I still take an additional zinc supplement.
