I've been using this product for many years before this product I've tried like 2 others and I didn't like how they made my hair feel ,and I have long and thick hair I started out using the super then realized I didn't need a super but a regular and the regular works just as good as the super my hair has never broke out from using this perm I absolutely love this brand and highly recommend others to use this perm I know I'm very satisfied 😁
