UltraCruz® Equine Glucosamine Sulfate, 10 lb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the supplements from Santa Cruz Animal health for a while now and I have notice an improvement in hoof stability and more fluid movement with my 14 YO QH mare. She is used primarily for trails and mountains and with the increased activity coming in the spring I wanted to get her started on just a simple joint supplement and the Glucosamine combined with Trace minerals is just what I wanted without a lot of extras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use with simple instructions. I love that I was able to get everything I needed all in one package. My horse has no issue eating it and it seems to have helped her mobility as she gets older. I premeasure all her supplements into little containers to make feeding easier, and the powder is great for that.

My horse has been on this now for almost 3 months. I can see a difference in his movement and when I pick up his legs - he is more willing to bend his knees. I only wish you made it in individual servings...the indivdual bags are great when traveling!

I bought this product hoping my 20 years old pony would get some relief. He was walking real stiff(sort of like I do....LOL). I heard Glucosamine may give him some relief and we tried it. Within the first week he was walking fine and now he thinks he is the King of the pasture...I have just received my second bag(ordered larger bag this time). Very pleased with the results.

I started feeding UltraCruz® Equine Glucosamine Sulfate to my performance horse and after seeing super results with him, I also started feeding it to my 3 older horses which are 20, 22 and 25 years in age and are doing fantastic! Bordeaux, who is a 9 year old jumper/eventer, started showing great improvement in his hind end after starting him on UltraCruz® Equine Glucosamine Sulfate. He now moves much more fluent with no signs of discomfort.

She was very sore last fall and into winter but after only adding this to her supplement support, she has had a nearly sound spring and summer.
