Pump is great, but was missing piece
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pump works very well but I was missing the piece that attaches to the bottom...so it can't reach the bottom of the container. But it works well until I get to about half the gallon and the pump can't reach anymore!

Worked well as long as the jug was at least 3/4
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well until the jug of oil got down to about 1/4 full, then it didn't work because it's not long enough. I don't use the pure flaxseed oil anymore though so am glad I didn't pay much for this pump. Maybe I'll find another use for it.

Leaky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Leaky! After administering the oil, the pump will leak a good bit of oil anytime the jug is moved. I emailed the company and they say they are aware that it happens. They offered to send me a new pump but I don't think it's faulty; I think they would all leak so I declined. I hate to waste money and product. I put a little tray under the jug to help contain the mess but it still bothers me that the pump is so messy and it's wasteful. I will probably go back to ground flax and forgo ordering the oil again unless I can find a better dispensing system.
