[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for two of my tvs that are somewhat older models but still really nice large tvs. I've used universal remotes before and typically had the most trouble when it came to programming the remote. When it came to these remotes, it was the easiest experience I've ever had. All I had to do was download the app, connect it to the remotes, update the firmware on the remotes, then select the models of the tv and the software did the rest. For each of my tvs, the programming on the remotes got the codes right and worked perfectly the first time. I was surprised how easy it was. I did run into a few errors with the apps spontaneously exiting, but I've ran into that problem before with other apps, so I just deleted them and redownloaded and they worked just fine after the install. I also love that you can pull up the app and select a button to find the remote and it will set off a beeping noise on the remote for when you can't find it, which is all too often. The remotes look great and have lit up keys. I highly recommend!

It was easy to sync with everything and I was able to do it quickly. I recommend this remote for anyone wanting to sync multiple devices and eliminate using so many remotes. The fact that it has Roku on it too is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned based on how centric app-based controls were to the item description that the remote wouldn't work at all without the app, but it works just fine. Lights up when you a push a button, which would probably be more useful for people who tend to push more than one button at once, but I just use it for turning my TV on and off and changing modes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this remote control! The absolute best idea in the world was to put a “find” feature on a tv remote. With two kids our remote controls are always getting lost and this saves us time everyday from searching under couches and pillows! We have not had any issues with this remote as far as range, we are able to use this from the same distances as our other ones.

one of the best remote iv'e ever used easy set up great quality for the price backlit can now control my tv and my roku ultra with one remote its not compatible with Roku or fire tv sticks not a big deal for me but it may be for you im knocking one star off because i wish this remote could control more android box's besides just the the NVIDIA shield

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I was finally able to figure out how to program my devices, it was pretty easy. Unfortunately, it did not come with a list of codes. Do yourself a favor and download the app on your phone right away. It will make life easier. I was able to get my soundbar and tv to work properly. I cannot get my Roku device to fully function. Everything works on it except powering on/off. I went through every code found.
