Guns are non refundable… even if they break first
The gun broke on first use. We did not see the NON REFUNDABLE! YOU SHOULD MAKE THIS IN BOLD PRINT UP FRONT!!!!! Never ever buy a gun from Walmart!!! I will definitely let my friends and family know about this!

PIECE IF CRAP!
JUNK! DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO POP A BALLOON! UMAREX "CUSTOMER SERVICE" SUCKS. EVEN THOUGH THE RIFLE IS UNDER WARRANTY, THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING THIS PIECE OF CRAP TO THEM FOR REPLACEMENT/REPAIR. THE COST TO SHIP IS NEARLY 25% OF THE COST OF THE RIFLE. TOTAL RIP-OFF BY BOTH WALMART, WHO REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RETURN, AND UMAREX.

was sold someone else's returned junk!
walmart sent me somebody else's return of a piece of crap product. Had 2 spent co2 casings in it already. co2 plunger wouldnt activate so i had to use an allen wrench. got 10 shots off and the brand new co2 cylinders are dead. now the co2 plunger is stuck in the gun and wont come out. when you try, the WHOLE co2 tube moves. even tried a wrench and it wont budge! then i notice the stem in the stock thats SUPPOSED to be used to tighten the plunger is on cracked plastic! no wonder i had to use my own allen wrench! Unless you can be sure you are getting a brand new gun, stay far away from this and from walmart shipping!

Terrible product. Shot two pellets and co2 started leaking from middle of rifle. I assume the main seal. Pathetic

the canister for c02 gets stuck. I got 2 of them and both of them had failures that stopped the use avoid this product at all cost

Item Came In A Shredded Box ? I Could See the Pellet Gun Inside Without Opening The Box ? It Was Damaged ! I Would Suggest That Anyone Looking To Buy A Pellet Or BB Gun Shop At A Different Store !!! Walmart Sucks And Calling The Home Office To Complain Just Makes Matters Worse ! They Just Do Not Care About Anything After The Sale !!!
