The 4 in a row is beautiful, goes well with my decor and looks so classy and it's actually playable too
This is such a clean, elevated take on Connect 4. It looks great on a shelf or desk and actually feels like decor, not a toy. Solid, well-made, and fun to play. Easy win for both design and functionality.
This was delivered very quickly… the game is well made and we enjoy playing it while sipping wine but the fireplace and looking out the window I would definitely recommend..
I've had this set a couple weeks and I love how pretty it is and easy to look at sitting on my coffee table and always ready to go when someone comes over I'm about a 95% win on average now so it's extra special;)!
This is fun game to sit on the coffee table and play instead of fixated on phones! One small problem, the bottom tiles stick a bit, but it's not a problem.
Elegant enough to sit on the mantle abouve our fireplace, and fun enough to play daily. Design flaw in that emptying pieces off the board requires picking them out one by one, but patience is a virtue, right?
The Stax 4 is beautiful. Because of its beauty, you really want to play it. Although it's playable, not all the plastic pieces slide easily, and number one drawback is that they also don't nest when you try to stack them when they are laying down. But, those concerns are minor. The thing is beautiful and my wife and I already played a few games the first night we received it.
The metal columns are slightly bent which makes it hard to put the pucks in. You have to force it down whereas you'd expect it to drop down when placing it in a column. It's a bit annoying to actually play. Would recommend more as decor instead.
The gold prongs aren't evenly set apart so the chips don't fall all the way down across the board. Not satisfying for gaming, pretty for decoration.
I was really excited to get this game. After waiting for a couple of months for it to come back in stock I ordered it and when it arrived it tilts to the left :(. The chips get a little stuck.
