Umbro Soccer Kick Trainer, Blue, Unisex

I personally love this! My son said that he doesn't need practice because he's “ fly “ on the field yet when he tried practicing, he quickly realized that he needs much needed practice with controlling the ball. The straps fit around the ball so well. My favorite thing about this is that it's long enough to run with it without tripping over it and it really does help you train! The price is unbeatable as well!

Pros: Easy to put together- trick....attach 3 of the velcro pieces together. Then insert the ball and wrap the 4th velcro piece and attach. Wrap other end around your torso and set! Maximizes athletes time working on skills as opposed to chasing the ball All around fun for soccer athletes or just a bored kid! Cons: Just a tad bit tricky to get the ball in, if you aren't thinking about it. Follow instructions above.

My daughter has used a similar kick trainer before using this Umbro version, however, this one is really great! We noticed that setting up the ball is easier, and more secure, with this one. The Velcro is strong and stays in place, so it's much easier to keep a rhythm going, versus having to adjust the straps around the ball because they get loose. The length of the cord is also good and made well; our other one wasn't as taut or as strong as this one, so my daughter definitely stays on her toes with this one! The adjustable, Velcro waistband is also a plus and stays securely in place. This kick trainer is a great way for any player to practice their touches, establish ball control, practice with their non-dominant foot, and they can do it on their own! And what's not to love about something non-electronic! My daughter loves taking this outside (she even takes it on vacation) and practicing and does it without any complaints—Can't beat that! Overall, the quality, usability are second to none and it's just a good, portable product for any soccer layer to have.

The Umbro Soccer Trainer has been just what we needed with all the time spent at home these days, either indoors or outdoors. The kids are keeping busy and having a blast with it. Simple and easy to use, the strap is a bit on the long side but fortunately it's adjustable. Great skill development tool all around. I was a little hesitant to let kids use it indoors but In the basement it's been no problem, about 14 by 20 feet is plenty of room. For under $10 this one is a no-brainer for the youngster who's serious about their soccer practice. Quick reminder! This is for futsal balls sizes 3, 4, and 5 only.

I got the soccer trainer for my nine-year-old son who really enjoys playing soccer. The nice part about this trainer is that not only is it perfectly sized for his age but because it holds onto the ball he is really able to practice his dribbling skills and other core soccer skills without having the ball go all over the field. I looked up a bunch of drills that you can use with the trainer on YouTube, I simply showed him the videos and he was able to pick up most of what they were trying to teach. Overall he really enjoys using this soccer trainer, and I like that he's getting better at soccer.

This Soccer kick trainer is super useful. We had our 11 year old try it out and it stays on pretty well. It's velcro so it is easy to put on and take off. It is pretty strong for us do far and keeps the ball from going over the fence. There were a few accidents that weren't pleasant for him but he got over it and went back to practicing. He wears size large in boys but is skinny so this fit him decently.

We haven't had the opportunity to use it it it's full potential. But we did try it out after watching a few YouTube channels on how to actual use one of these Little Gadgets. It's pretty cool and very helpful . Will buy more for the rest of the kids in the house .

My 8 yr old grandson wears this thing everywhere. Loves kicking his soccer ball and not having to run after it . It comes right back. Careful kicking too hard or it can snap back too quickly and hit you pretty hard. Once he got used to it he absolutely loved it!

This is a great little piece of equipment and my 11 year old son has really enjoyed using it since we've all been stuck at home with no team sports. It allows him to kick around his soccer ball and practice without having to chase the ball all over the yard. It works as it should, is light weight and portable.

One end is attached to kids' waists and the other end encloses a ball like the attached picture. Pretty easy to set up. This will help inexperienced players to get started without picking up the balls all the time. Once they can juggle 30 times, they probably won't keep using it any more. But 30 times is a lot and it is quite easy to increase from 30 to 300 times. Much easier than from 5 times to 30. I witnessed how my daughter improved and hopefully it will help my son this time. After they are done, don't throw it away. Stick a smaller ball inside and you can hang this in the garage to help people park the car.
