probably a user issue, but it jumps around a lot if you dont put a lot of presssure on it so a little diificult to control with one hand. but ive only used it once so far. no mechanical issues. seems like it'll work great for trimming tree limbs and small jobs!
Easy to assemble, good price and it cut great. I am not cutting my tree limbs and helping my neighbors. Beat Amazon price for same pole saw.
I should have got one years ago... I ordered a 2nd one for a backup.....
Saw will do simple tasks, but don't expect to cut down trees with it. Decent value for costs
additional battery would be nice. works well. good battery life
It is a great idea but is cheaply constructed and has a very small motor which will not hold up even cutting 1 and 2 inch branches. I used it for a total oclf 12 minutes over a 7 hour period and the motor stopped working. The whole concept is great but just not well enough made when it comes to the saw.
It was too heavy for me. Even though they indicated that it was only about 5 to 7 pounds. Anyways, I have returned that it doesn't indicate that it's been returned but back on May 4th I returned it. I am waiting on a refund.
the saw snapped at the base in my hand from the charger. they agreed by walmart to refund $75 to me. Then I used it thinking I can buy the base online from ebay then the saw snapped in my hand after I cut one small branch.
Used once and the extension stopped working.
This broke after 2 uses of cutting very small tree limbs.
