How did I go so long without this.
This works great for scraping dough, cutting dough into sizes if that's what you're doing., picking up cut vegetables off the counter or cutting board. I can't believe it took me this long to get one. I've been baking and cooking for 60 years. I kept seeing them on cooking shows and finally decided I needed one.

Works well, but arrived damaged.
The color is nice and it is a nice prep tool to have. The only problem is, it arrived damaged. One of the corners is bent and that area is sharp and catches on fabric and other materials.
