I WAS READING UP UMZU AND I WANTED TO TRY IT… THEN I STARTED 2nd GUESSING IT BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS THAT I READ…UNTIL 1 DAY I SAID IM FOING TO GIVE IT A TRY TO EXPERIENCE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS THAT I READ… AFTER A MONTH OF USING UMZU PRE WORK OUT POWDER..(TIGERS BLOOD)… I FELL I. LOVE WITH IT… I FEEL MORE POWERFUL MY WORKOUTS ARE LONGER ENDURANCE IS LONGER MY RECOVERY IS A LOT QUICKER… WHAT I ALSO LEARNED IS THAT I GET BETTER SLEEP AFTER MY WORKOUTS… I TAKE 1 SCOOP 1/2HR BEFORE I START MY WORKOUT AND 1/2HR AFTER I FINISH… I FEEL GOOD IM NOTICING MY GAINS SLOWLY AND IM HAPPY WITH MY PROGRESS… I RECOMMEND TRYING THE TIGERS BLOOD ITS BETTER THAN THE AÇAÍ FLAVOR… THANX UMZU I FEEL GREAT
