Unaltered GL-1 capsules are pretty good. just started taking them and it seems that it did suppress my appetite some. I do want to get on a steady regimen of taking them every day, to see how they really work. Losing any kind of weight is fine with me.

my body does not like these. i am not able to take them. i have thrown up all 3 times I have tried. i am disappointed but it is most likely my body and not the product

Gave 1 star because there are not 60 capsules in the bottle, there were only 49. I always count the contents because if those are off, then most likely there are other possible issues. I would not recommend getting these, but if you do, ensure the contents are correct. I looked up the seller and found they have several products on the Walmart website. I won't be buying any others.
