I bought this for my son for Easter and here we are in August and it has stopped working followed all the washing and care instructions too

Arrived damaged.
When this arrived it was in a thin bag, the box had a GIANT hole in it as if someone stomped it, nothing happened to it on my porch as it was brought in IMMEDIATELY, for $45 I expected to get an item in mint condition and this was NOT it, I'll never purchase from Walmart or Uncanny Brands again
