One word…smooth
I am admittedly not a whisky drinker but I do enjoy a variety of cocktails so when I saw this in Sam's I was excited to grab it and try something new. I have enjoyed this whisky in a couple of different cocktails so far and I am always so surprised at how well balanced and smooth tasting it is. This is also a little stronger (alcohol % wise) than my usual liquor choice which I consider a positive. I usually only need two drinks max and I am on cloud 9. I highly recommend Uncle Nearest.

One of my favorites!
This is a solid entry level whiskey with a good balance between flavor and strength. It's good enough to drink neat but not too expensive to mix for cocktails.
