Cap is very comfortable. But I can't freeze! I forgot how my hands can't take cold. I thought that I would loose my mind trying freezing Oh the pain. However, I found if only refrigerated, I can use it. I am not joking here. I had immediate relief from migraine.

I bought 3 of these. Two for my husband and ine for a grand daughter. They are very warm sleepers and this cap gets cool and it's very comfortable. Just toss it in the fridge for a bit. It cools them off so they can sleep at night. It would work to help relief headaches or if you got a bump on the

World great for headaches

Someone recommended I try one of these cooling caps for my migraines. I had purchased one elsewhere that had an opening at the top and it just did not work well at all. I saw this one on Walmart and that it was a fully covering hat with no opening and thought I would give it another try as migraines were getting out of hand. I will have to say this full hat seems to work better for my purpose. If you suffer from migraines you should definitely give this a try!

Not sure yet . Bought for someone else who may need it for certain treatments . Saw that it covers whole head versus the headband type that some use for headaches or sinus. This looks like it encompasses whole head. Hope it maintains coldness. Will have to see %26 update as more info comes in.

The hat is very well made. The issue is the weight. It was extremely heavy before it was even cold. It was for a family member and they claimed it made the situation worse due to the heaviness. We kept it because it can be used as a cold compress. But to put on your head, it is very cumbersome and I wouldn't recommend it for use for a migraine.

Whatever packing material was used was the worst!! It exploded all over this product idk if it got wet or what happened to it but cleaning it up was a nightmare!! I finally threw it away, I wanted to contact the company.Customer service but I threw it away with the package.
