The support staff person, Melody, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good outcome with the installation. The videos were also very helpful, but something was off with one of our measurements so the back piece didn't match up after we cut out the triangles so we had to piece it back together to make sure we didn't have a gap. It took longer than we anticipated to install (about two and half hours) and definitely took two people for parts of the installation, but it is working so far to keep the cats out from under the bed. If you have a small kitten also block the front of the bed because we failed to do that in the beginning and she found a way in behind the headboard where bigger cats wouldn't be able to. Luckily, we were home and saw her go back there so we were able to get her out right away. The biggest con is the price since it is just cardboard held together with tape and zip ties.. so time will tell in terms of longevity.

okay the experience of installing the bed blocker was amazing. Easy to follow videos were amazing. And an added touch Melody the owner was available via text through the whole process. It did take a couple hours but was ingenious. I even had leftover blocker pieces that I used for the head rails. BONUS! Thanks Melody!! It's so refreshing to get excellent service!!

Great solution to my pet problem. Works great and is un-noticeable so it does not disrupt interior design. The best part was the customer service. Easy availability to a live person to help set up. I even received follow up messages to make sure I was happy with the product.

The product works really well and is versatile for so many types of beds. The cat can no longer poop under the bed! It was a bit tricky to set up at first but once I got the hang of it and used the very easy and helpful live chat assistance, I was excited to have a full solution to the problem. Highly recommend the product. Plan about an hour to put it together.

This is the biggest piece of junk!!! What a waste of time and money. I would never, ever recommend this piece of junk to anyone. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS. PURE GARBAGE With HORRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS!!!

Way too overpriced for what it is. Didn't even work. Zip ties kept busting through cardboard and my 9 week old lab busted through it no problem. I would return it if I could. The videos were nice but overall worthless product.
