This is really great if you're not so mobile. Which this is why I'm using this to strengthen my leg muscles so hopefully I can get to be a little more mobile.

I love this elliptical machine....very convenient to use as I sit at my desk! Fits perfectly and I highly recommend it for those who sit at a computer a lot but want to get some exercise at the same time.

I enjoy being able to use it at my desk. New to it so hoping it helps with circulation, and movement that we all need.

Great therapy for the legs.

First of all, it's not what I ordered. It was supposed to come with straps and they were not included. In the safety instructions number seven clearly states this equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use. Auto mode reads a default run time of 30 min but troubleshooting states that the machine will shut off after 15 mins of continuous runtime to avoid overheating. I bought this for my dad who is in a wheelchair and needs help with recovering. Everything you see and read about this particular machine is misleading. Don't waste your money or time, you might get the one I am returning. It does have the hooks that fold out so you could attach arm straps. I guess those are sold separately. They don't tell you that either.
