I LOVE THIS MOVIE
I love this movie. It's about a mother where she has to fo to the U.S to gain money for her child. Eventually the grandmother dies and the kid is all alone. So he goes the the U.S to find his mother. He finds a person that will help him. At the end of the move the person.... ( no spoilers)

Great!
This is a great movie! It is a story of a Mexican mother who lives in the US illegally. She is working and trying to save money to move her son to the US with her. Although it is completely in Spanish (English subtitles), it is good to show in the Spanish language learning classroom or in a social studies classroom that is exploring illegal immigration issues.

Family Movie/Social Statement
It's always interesting to watch a movie from a female movie director. They bring a subtle yet strong point of view to any movie; specially to a forum dominated by males.
