Battery does not charge past 50%. Have left it charging for over a day. Charger puts out 12.6 volts and battery is at 12.6 volts, but LED charge state display only indicates a 50% charge. This means the charge state display is almost useless. The 4.5 Ah battery is very light and with a max voltage at exactly 12.6 it must be a 3S LiPo battery. 3S LiPo batteries should not be discharged below 9.0 volts or they can be damaged. Manual does not say anything about protective circuitry to cut power when the voltage gets below the safe limit. They warn against using any other charger but they don't say why. Using a higher voltage to charge a LiPo can cause the battery to start on fire! Also the monitor and carrying case are very flimsy and can be easily damaged. Not acceptable quality for the almost $200 price tag.
