This is my favorite underwear with pocket. I use a shield after prostate cancer and had it removed. This underwear can fit and hide men's shield so it won't feel like something pressing your penis all the time. The pocket hides the shield in the pocket and makes it feel much better. If you do not use men's shield, this will hide your goodies and makes more space for it and comfortable. I only buy underwear with pockets now days.

I have been wearing Hanes for many years... they hold up pretty nicely and never been a bother!

These are soft and stretchy enough to assure a good fit. When you just look at the two flaps it does not seem like it would form a pocket but it DOES, in combination with tailored pouch area. NO MORE BINDING!! Soft waist band. I bought both the briefs and the short boxer style, 9 pair total. Briefs are better for hottest weather, in my opinion. The jock strap is now obsolete. I only wish this clever tailoring was invented 40 years ago! I have permanent nerve damage due to binding and pulling. No more cringe or need for personal adjustment when I mount a motorcycle. You don't need an actual pouch inside that might collect threads or lint, just these smartly placed flaps made of very soft material with no uncomfortable seams. Flaps probably allow sweat evaporation better than a pouch. Hanes expertise shows in this perfect garment.

Great underwear, I've been looking for something like this for a while, very supportive all day long, especially if you're active at work, it keeps everything together and easier to move around. Great elastic around waist and legs. Would of been 5 stars, but the shipping label was poorly executed and end up a neighbors. Walmart needs to put a real full shipping address on the package, not just my name.

so, i think these are geared to chaifing around the front of your thigh were the boys hang out. if you have that issue than these work... to me i needed something with length or held my thighs better. as these road up nearly immediately where i could help taking 10 steps and feel like im wearing a thong. dont buy unless its near your nuts or slong.
