I think it means something that I have ordered these a second time. They have made living with uterine prolapse so much more comfortable! I would recommend them to anyone needing pelvic area support. I especially like that they aren't visible at all under almost all of my regular clothing. I do wear regular panties under them so that I can wear these for more than one day between washes.

I am dealing with advanced uterine prolapse, but I need to delay surgery for now. I ordered a pair of these to try to see if they would make me any more comfortable in the meantime while not showing under my clothes. After wearing that pair for a few hours, I ordered a few more pairs. Though it took me a couple of days to adjust to them completely, from the moment I put on the first pair, I could tell that the support provided would make a huge difference for me. I have now been wearing them for about two weeks, and I remain delighted with them. I am also pleased that they would only show under tight clothing. As other reviewers have mentioned, I wear a pair of regular panties under these so that I can wear these more than once between washes. Since the weight is more similar to the old panty girdles from years ago than to actual panties, this feels more natural to me anyway.

I was dubious, but desperate for relief from multi-organ prolapse that was beginning to make standing and walking extremely uncomfortable. My gyn ordered some help but it has still not arrived. OTC internal products were scarce. This undergarment (I wear it over underpants) has been such a relief. I recommend it highly as internal devices have a limited wear time and these will be great the rest of the time. They are comfortable and I can go shopping all day if I want.

This item is absolutely a deal breaker. Comfortable and do the job for a 1 to stage 2 bladder prolapse. I have a size small and it is a perfect snug fit, and very comfortable. Game changer for me.

These help so much when u have a prolapsed bladder. But don't buy them too big or they don't work as well. The waist on the panty has a draw string.

The underwear is adjustable and comfortable. The fabric is sturdy and washes nicely.

Its needs longer leg openings. I wear it to walk or do work around the house. It doesnt have as much pressure as I would like.

The draw string isn't for the middle to tighten lift between the legs, it's draw string like sweats just … U don't tighten around waist u wear loose garments so no pressure in abdomen. Soooo It came across as it was suppose to Draw string and Again lifts between legs not waist. Makes no since. It's like not shorts with a draw string. Which helped me in no way.. Sending back
