Great Costume
Looks just like a real incarcerated persons costume. I wish it came with a pair of handcuffs.

Too big for a medium.
Ordered as a medium and it was up to my standards. The material was okay, the design was printed okay, and it overall looked like the photo. Just one thing about it gave it a 4/5 stars, its that the sizing was too big. I ordered a medium and it looked like it could fit a large or even extra large. That's just my one critique about it.

Why is this titled public offender?
People should know better not to name a custuom "public offender", its not something to make fun about or be okay about. Public offender itself isn't a proud thing to show off or make a custuom out of it. I wonder who wants to wear this and show themselves as "public offender"
