These are great pens. The only reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the pens was not filled with ink. It worked for only 2 days, then was empty.

After you get them to work the gel comes out pretty fast to write on paper. The colors are pretty vibrate for a gel pen. The pen and grip feels comfortable to write with. Love that these also have a long clip to click on the go. These are smooth matte black gel pens I'll be signing my daughter's daily homework folder with!

Each one has great color without bleeding through to the other side. They seemed more of a “ball point” than a “gel” to me, so I would prefer just a little more gel to it.
