uniball™ Vision Elite Rollerball Pens, Bold Point (0.8mm), Blue, 12 Pack

I am a writer and these pens are the best. Smooth ink flow and nice to grip. Makes my job easier that other pens I have tried. I always go for blue, but they come in various colors. Highly recommend.

I know the product is great and so that's not a problem. What was the problem? Was the people you were using as purveyors of the product. They were incompetent. The people that were shipping it. The product is awesome.

It clearly says one dozen pens and shows the box, but Walmart in their wisdom decided to send just a single pen. First and last time ever ordering from Walmart!

Just got my package and it had 1 pen in it. Not one box just a pen. So mad I didn't pay that much for one pen.

I only got 1 pen and I ordered. A 12 pack

I only received 1 pen and it states it is a 12 pack.

Pens are great and I hate giving a one star rating when that rating has nothing to do with the product. I ordered this 12 pack of pens at a special deal. I received shipped via federal express 1 pen. I called customer service explained what happened and the pens were ordered again. I then received via federal express again 1 pen! Called customer service again and after explaining once more and them checking the order again I was told that there must be a glitch in the system. I was offered a $5.00 credit to use toward a higher priced item which still would have cost more then the item I originally purchased. More importantly they were a different color ink. Not what I wanted so I declined. Once again the pens are great. Ink flow, comfort of grip, appearance, all are great, that is if you can get them. If you try I hope you have better luck than I did. ,

SCAM from a 3rd party selling on Walmart.com--I ordered four boxes of 12 pens and got 4 single pens. Walmart wanted me to drive almost 40 miles round trip to return four ink pens, but finally agreed to refund without me driving in. They also would not replace the order, even though the pens are still listed on the Walmart site.

Wish I had read the reviews before placing the order. I ordered 4 sets of 12 pens each, but only received a total of 4 pens…. Not 48. Surprised that despise so many similar reviews Walmart hasn't taken any action against the seller. do not order

single pen received, as with the majority of the other reviews. order states "shipped and sold by walmart" and not a third party seller, so buyer beware!
