Look before you leap
I placed an order for two Balance products and one Lemon, but instead I received one Balance and two Lemon. This substitution significantly altered the value of the order, making it more expensive than expected. It is unacceptable to advertise one set of products and deliver something different. I am very dissatisfied with this experience, and to make matters worse, I was unable to reach anyone by phone to address the issue.

only one box of balance was sent. I ordered two boxes of balance and one box of Unimate I would like my other box of balance
