Im a truck driver I own several radios %26 leaners. So I know what I was purchasing when I bought it. Give you a idea what these are good for is I just drive a dump truck PT now for my buddy %26 I can't even put a used beat up Cobra 25 in his truck. Theives so bad they steal it in one night. Cant take it out daily because theives bad enough steel antenna off the truck. I got tired trying to flash fingers at loader man at all the rock quarries %26 we not being able to communicate sometimes causes issues. If you are at a average Martin Marietta by time get to rock piles it has to be perfect conditions to call scale house. Anything over 1/4 mile it starts to give. If you have a Jeep XJ like mine that I only 4 wheel once or twice a year at the National Forest so getting a system setup for it is waste money. This is perfect for that. This radio has a Mic option. This radio is very small %26 light but price it cost compared to competition you can spend extra money get that mic so concentrate %26 enjoy trail lot more. Mic option is a single pin plug. If Gen X like me you know plug your headphones took plug into the stereo its same style but lot smaller.
