I'd ask for my money back but I had make it fit.
The antennae did not attach to the radio. The large rubber barrel did not allow the screw threads to engage. I modified the barrel diameter by partially cutting off the rubber barrel at the bottom of the antennae with copper tubing cutters. So now the radio plays but it is a marine radio and the marine weather forecasts no longer can be reached with my long time dependable marine weather radio. Some how the numbers and the wrong antennae was sent. Uniden must have had other radios which reached only land based weather forecasts not marine weather forecasts. So now I am out in my boat on the Atlantic Ocean and I do not listen to weather updates. My family is not encouraged with my chances of surviving the next Nor easter.
