If you work on your feet for 8 hours, you need to get one. It helps with lower back pain and lower stomach pain. It fits well, it's comfortable.

It does help with the leg pain I'd be lost with out. I did find the strap that goes above the stomach bothersome so I don't use that part but overall good product for $12
