These are get for guest to wear of any age to a birthday party. Kids as little as 2 to adults aged up to 75 were wearing these with no issues . They are durable card stock paper. Bright vivid colors and the string is very stretchy. Toddlers were pulling on these and the strings held on. I recommend for the price. I can even reuse next year as guest left them behind and they are still in great condition

Party hats were a big win!
This was a purchase to take to celebrate my grandchildren's birthdays, age 6 and five, and it was a request specifically because they wanted to wear hats as they ate cupcakes, and we celebrated and sang happy birthday. My granddaughter specified having a party hat that had the string to go under the chin so it wouldn't keep falling off. So these hats fit the bill for all the above happiness of the day and I would recommend them. And I would purchase them again.

Worth for money
These rainbow birthday hats were a huge hit at our party! The colors are bright and vibrant, and they made the celebration feel even more festive. They fit both kids and adults comfortably, stayed in place, and were easy to assemble. Great quality for the price, and they looked adorable in photos. I would definitely buy them again for future birthdays!
