The description of these included the words "noise maker" and not one of them made ANY noise! The Baby Shark character shown in the picture is actually a thin cardboard cutout that the blowout slips through. Since it doesn't fit snugly and there's nothing included to help affix it, it wobbles whenever you move. Very disappointed in these and will probably just pitch the blowouts and let the kids paste the cardboard faces onto their cups or something! One thing positive I can say is that Walmart was great about offering me a refund!
