Its as stated in about section. Its a plastic table cloth. came to me in great condition. no rips and tears and brand new. Its a thin plastic like normal plastic cloths

Got these for my son's graduation party - got blue ones and black ones to alternate color. They are inexpensive and do the job - cheaper than Party City!
