[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure this would work. I have a hard time falling back asleep when I wake up in the middle of night due to anxiety. For me, this worked beautifully. I would take one and within 15 minutes, I was back asleep (if not sooner). I work a job that I need to be able to focus well and if I don't get sleep, I am unable to concentrate. This helped me to get the sleep I needed. I definitely recommend trying it. Will it work for everyone, probably not, but it definitely worth a try. And it is non-addictive which is a plus. I try to avoid anything that could cause a dependency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these strips. It doesn't really taste like anything although it's description says Raspberry. It acts really fast. I drank it 1am when I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. About 20 min later I was fast asleep again.

The strip was easy to take. It dissolves on your tongue and has a subtle minty flavor. I like melatonin better than the over the counter sleep aids.

They did definitely help me go back to sleep when I wake up in the middle of the night. I only have an issue with the way that it disolves on your tongue with the way it leaves a film on it. I was able to combat this by just taking a sip of water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it a few times when i woke up in the middle of night and it did in fact shorten the amount of time it took me to fall back to sleep compared to not using anything. i liked how it quickly dissolved and left no aftertaste or groggy feeling in the morning.

The first night it took me some time to try and open the plastic case, and remove 1 strip. Now I remove 1 stirp before I go to bed, so I have easy access to it. I would buy again, but would prefer a different flavor than, raspberry.

I felt calm after taking it. I'm going to continue using in hope that my body may become used to it and I fall back to sleep.

doesnt have any affect of feeling. doesnt make me tired, droggy or like ive tooken anything. ive tried taking up to three to see if i just needed a higher dose %26 still no luck. unisom usually works great for sleeo aids in the past for me but this one sadly did nothing.
