The product did help me fall asleep and maintain a full night's rest. I do wish the bottle were a little smaller, for organization purposes. The elderberry flavor does take some getting used to. Gummy form is not my preferred way to take medications, but I did enjoy trying something new. You do have to take two gummies to get the 5mg dosage, per the label.
