What a great product. I haven't slept the whole night for years, and this products helps me to not wake up during the night.

I have had a very stressful month which has made it harder to fall asleep at a decent hour. These gummies have really calmed me down and made my mind rest for a good nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the combo of magnesium and ashwaga, both help me relax so that I can go to sleep. The gummies are a good size, smell good, fine texture. Do be aware though, the magnesium is magnesium citrate, which encourages a potty trip in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was curious to try this sleep product. I have tried it now for almost a month and haven't noticed any drastic results. The taste of the gummy isn't offensive and I like that it doesn't have melatonin which doesn't ever seem to help me sleep. Sometimes when I took it, I felt like I fell asleep faster. Other times I didn't notice anything. I'd definitely try it out to see if it'd work.

The gummies do not contain melatonin, dyes or artificial flavors. One gummy is the recommended nightly dosage. My sleep time was not extended, but I was well rested after the first use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking a bedtime sleep support is no stranger to me. Like most adults, my mind races at night and I have trouble falling asleep. I hadn't taken any supplement with magnesium for bedtime support before trying this unisom product. From what I've researched about magnesium, the best form is magnesium glycinate. This product contains magnesium citrate instead. I have taken other products that contain Ashwagandha and have had some success with that. I followed along the directions with taking one gummy a bit before bedtime. The first night that I took it I was actually awake for what felt like a much longer period of time than I normally would have been without taking a supplement. I decided to wait a bit and try it again. The next time I took it I feel like I did have better success with the product. I felt that the product helped me fall asleep, but was not able to keep me asleep as I did wake up numerous times through the night. The flavor was quite pleasant in the texture was that of any other gummy I've had before. I'm going to continue to try to get this product some time to see if this more natural approach could work for me in the long run. But I chose to give it three out of five stars because I don't feel like my results were very consistent.
