[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff is magical. I work overnights so needless to say my sleep isn’t the best, always waking up. I took one of these at 7am, fell right asleep and I was OUT COLD until my alarm at 420pm. Never woke up once. Definitely comes in handy for those shifts and easy to swallow, didn’t even need water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I've had my coffee. I appreciate that it's non habit forming so I'm not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

You take just one small tablet 30 mins before bed and they help you get to sleep and stay asleep! It's only recommended to use when you are able to get a full nights rest. I'm glad to have reviewed this and to be able to keep it in my cabinet for anytime we need it!!

I didn’t know I needed these but I’m so happy I have them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy do these work! Took only 1 with water and I was out in 30 minutes. I'm kind of a lightweight when it comes to sleep aid and one did the trick. I slept peacefully and didn't wake up groggy. The packaging is easy to get into, unlike some lids and the teeny pill is so easy to swallow! You don't even know you've taken it. I trust Unisom and I'm grateful for the good night's sleep.

Instructions are simple and clear: take one tablet 30 minutes before going to bed. Pill size is very small and easy to swallow. I did not notice any side effects but according to the instructions common side effect is headache or tiredness next day. I do not recommend use it during the day if you operate any machine or a vehicle so is any sedative, and keep away from children under 12. Overall, i'm very grateful to have found something what actually works.

Recently, that has been compounded by having to temporarily sleep on an air mattress after our dog's surgery, to watch over him at night. After more than two months of absolutely pathetic sleep, I tried these Unisom tabs and actually got a good night's sleep. Even on nights when I've slept lots of hours, I was still waking up exhausted. I took this the first night and was amazed by how restful my sleep actuality was. I hit a 90 sleep score according to my Fitbit, vs. the 60s - 70s that I've been experiencing. I've tried it several times since and while not every night has been as good as that, they've all been better than my typical sleep. It has successfully quieted my dreaming too, which is a factor in my lack of restful sleep. I also haven't had any issues with major grogginess, though on a few occasions it's taken longer than normal to rub the sleep from my eyes the next morning. But my brain has been sharp and unaffected by using this, which is great. I can take one pill and know I'll still be functional the next morning. I honestly didn't have high expectations from this and was pleasantly surprised by the efficacy and ease of use. And if it can help my sleep, I imagine almost anyone could benefit from it.

In the morning I didn't notice any additional grogginess compared to a normal morning and I had no issue hearing my alarm. The packaging was easy to open but still child proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary bottle of Unisom Sleep Tabs in exchange for my honest opinion. These come in a small easy to swallow tablet. I noticed no nausea or stomach issues after taking these. I’m able to fall asleep in around 30 minutes and stay sleep all night. The one thing I don’t like is the slight grogginess feeling in the morning when you start taking these, that does subside with continued use.

They are uncoated, and the instructions suggest taking them 30 minutes before bed. While the size is a huge plus, especially for those who hate taking large pills. I found that it took me a bit longer than expected to actually fall asleep. Additionally, I struggled to stay asleep throughout the entire night. They might work better for someone who just needs a little help towards sleep.
