Unisom SleepTabs 32 Tablets Pack of 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I've had my coffee. I appreciate that it's non habit forming so I'm not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

You take just one small tablet 30 mins before bed and they help you get to sleep and stay asleep! It's only recommended to use when you are able to get a full nights rest. I'm glad to have reviewed this and to be able to keep it in my cabinet for anytime we need it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottle is easy to open.Inside you will find little blue pill that is very easy to swallow. Unison sleep tablets works very well for me. Mast be taken at least 30 min before bedtime. I have hard time falling asleep and stay asleep longer then 3 hours because of hot flashes and night sweet. I was given opportunity to try this sleep aid and I'm glad that I took it.It helps me sleep ,very deep sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. I do not wake up groggy. I would recommend you to try this sleep said if you have trouble sleeping. But first talk to your Dr.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my dad passed away last month, this tablet has truly been a lifesaver. I could not fall asleep or stay asleep without it. Instructions are simple and clear: take one tablet 30 minutes before going to bed. Pill size is very small and easy to swallow. I did not notice any side effects but according to the instructions common side effect is headache or tiredness next day. I do not recommend use it during the day if you operate any machine or a vehicle so is any sedative, and keep away from children under 12. Overall, i'm very grateful to have found something what actually works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy do these work! Took only 1 with water and I was out in 30 minutes. I'm kind of a lightweight when it comes to sleep aid and one did the trick. I slept peacefully and didn't wake up groggy. The packaging is easy to get into, unlike some lids and the teeny pill is so easy to swallow! You don't even know you've taken it. I trust Unisom and I'm grateful for the good night's sleep.

I will say I did fall asleep about 30-45 minutes after I took this. No weird side effects for me. They do not taste very good in my opinion, kind of metallic. I just take them with water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were slightly effective for me but everyone is different. The onset wasn't very fast but I was able to fall asleep a bit quicker than usual. Like I said everyone is different so judge for yourself. I usually have a very hard time falling asleep so I guess these were a bit helpful.
