[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trouble staying asleep throughout the whole night. I was very excited to test out a sleep aid in hopes of a full nights rest. Unisom Sleep Tabs definitely delivered! I followed the directions to take approximately a half hour before going to sleep. I felt like it took me about an hour to fall asleep after talking. Once I was sleeping I was sleeping! It was a wonderful nights rest and I felt refreshed in the morning! The pills are small and easy to swallow with no taste or aroma. The bottle is childproof but easy to open for adults. I will definitely be making Unisom part of my nightly routine and I highly recommend checking it out if you struggle with sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unisom worked pretty well for me. It took a couple hours to get sleepy, but once it kicked in I fell asleep quick. I didn't sleep for the entire night, but it was an improvement. Works well for an OTC option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog was sick for a week which means I was waking up out my sleep at 3-4 am every night and my schedule was off but when I started taking these I am literally knocked out sleep less than 30 minutes later and I actually sleep throughout the WHOLE night! I didn’t know I needed these but I’m so happy I have them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I've had my coffee. I appreciate that it's non habit forming so I'm not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

You take just one small tablet 30 mins before bed and they help you get to sleep and stay asleep! It's only recommended to use when you are able to get a full nights rest. I'm glad to have reviewed this and to be able to keep it in my cabinet for anytime we need it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy do these work! Took only 1 with water and I was out in 30 minutes. I'm kind of a lightweight when it comes to sleep aid and one did the trick. I slept peacefully and didn't wake up groggy. The packaging is easy to get into, unlike some lids and the teeny pill is so easy to swallow! You don't even know you've taken it. I trust Unisom and I'm grateful for the good night's sleep.

I went to bed 8-9 hours before I had to get up before trying the product and I woke up pleasantly surprised. I not only fell asleep faster but I was able to stay asleep. This product does not have a smell and I did not experience any side effects.

I noticed no nausea or stomach issues after taking these. I’m able to fall asleep in around 30 minutes and stay sleep all night. The one thing I don’t like is the slight grogginess feeling in the morning when you start taking these, that does subside with continued use.

If you are only having trouble falling asleep, then these are a good option - no drowziness. But if you need help staying asleep, these might not be the best choice.

In the morning I didn't notice any additional grogginess compared to a normal morning and I had no issue hearing my alarm. The packaging was easy to open but still child proof
